Profile

Winthrop Professor Sharon K. Parker is an Australian Research Council Future Fellow, and a Professor within the UWA Business School. She is a co-Director of the Accelerated Learning Laboratory@UWA, a recent past Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology, and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Winthrop Professor Parker’s research includes topics such as job and work design, employee well-being and stress, organisational change, employee proactivity, positive psychology, and job performance. Professor Parker is the past Director of the Institute of Work Psychology. Her work has supported practice and policy in the USA, UK, and Australia.

Professor Parker is also a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia.
